| DO NOT BUY!!! Run away. This is my 2nd Kodak camera thinking it was just me but it's horrible. The flash no longer works. RUN>!!! Waste of money!!! |

I HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT SMALL DIGITAL CAMERAS, BUT THE KODAK V1233 IS A GREAT CAMERA AND VERY USER FRIENDLY, SO YOU ALL WITH PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINTS, GET A LIFE, PLAY WITH LEARN AND STUDY THE CAMERA FROM ALL ASPECTS!!!!!EXCELLENT CAMERA.
Problems: NO PROBLEMS
Who cares mate.I have several digital cameras as well and 1 was a V 1233 which doesnt work any more.The thing just stopped.Before that the camera was a little gem.Easy to use and took great pics. |
| Problems: The V1233 will start and then instantly stop even with a new freshly charged battery. 1 year old??? I can't believe it. |

Ratings going down on agent and Kodak in general.
Not even a : Hi - so sorry - just gonna be another 2 mins.. not even that much. WOW. I guess customers in need of help don't really matter now a days.... wait you know what..... Change is coming. It's no longer about brand names... it is now about what has Kodak done for me in the past ... and what will they do for me in the future that will keep me.. If not - it's bye bye baby....

| You know it's not all the time about the camera. Alot of times it's the support you get.
I had to send my cam in for repair and what I got back was .bleep bleeep bleeepeeppbeeep ... Ok. ya get the point. So... called in - Was on hold for like 90% of the time. Asked to speak with a super and that didn't happen... So still . ..this is the Idea.. the Agent was friendly, but the manger/supervisor I guess was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy tooooooooooo busy to approve a replacement for a replacement... Now, what the -bleeep - is that about. I almost fell asleep listening to that piano music ... Sorry don't like chopin or molztar - I respect their music though. But I do not repect the upper management of Kodak. Ya know what- go back to old days - have the managerrs on the floor taking calls as well - hey?. So stilll on hold while writing this....started this call no later than. 1215p... Yeah also - it was a monday. It is now ....... ...... 1:49p and yes, I am still on hold - Piano Music....
