| This is a good camera but not something extra ordinary. It provides some good features such as large 3.0" LCD display, 7x Optical Zoom, Dual Image(Optical and digital) Stabilization, and some other features. |
| Problems: - Battery life is horrible. You can't survive without an extra battery.
- Image size doesn't provide you a lot of freedom. You've got choices like 10 Megapixels(henceforth referred as M), 5M, 3M and so on. With a maximum 10M image size there should be at least some choices such as 8M,6M etc.
- This camera really struggles in low light conditions. Pictures are grainy with an ample amount of noise even if the ISO is select to 64 or so.
- Some people may like the curvy design of the Olympus but honestly it makes it difficult to hold the camera in your hand (my opinion and experience)
- Images are not sharper and crispier as compared to images taken by Sony cybershot model (owned by one of my friend)
- Overall it's an average camera

| This camera is very awesome. i can take pictures at far distances. the good thing is i still get a very clear image even at far distances. i find it too amazing, it is easy to use-user friendly. |

| If one is planing to buy the latest camera , a 10 mp with good zoom , and keeping the style factor in mind
- then few contenders arise !! (keeping the price to in mind)
its :- Olympus Mju 1010 Digital : for -) 10 mp vt 7x zoom -- .. -against-) styling outdated .
Olympus Mju 1040 Digital for -) --superb styling on par vt sony t77 .. -against-) 10 mp vt 3x zoom
Olympus Mju 1060 Digital : for -) lcd vt 3inch screen 10 mp vt 7 x zoom vt super new looks latest features .. -...-- against ) - cud ve been little sleeker but then 7x optical has to come out
Sony dsc T77 : for -) -superb styling ! -against-)touch screen makes the screen 2.7 inch screen more --- -- ,,,,,,,smaller . MOST EXPENSIVE OF THE FOUR -- SONY IS JUST TAKING EXTRA MONEY FOR ITS NAME
